Nigerian Air Force Investments Limited (NAFIL) is wholly owned by all personnel of the Nigerian Air Force to provide business and investment operations for profit, our capital base is derived from monthly contributions from salaries of personnel. We are incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a limited liability company.

We carry on business as an investment company and to make lawful investments of any description whatsoever and also adopting all lawful and desireable measures to protect the Company’s investments as well as the provision of investment services whether or not limited to all capital or financial marketing and products, marine securities or instruments, debt securities, funds and asset management, portfolio advisory services of any description on behalf of the Nigerian Air Force.
